Day & Night Offer
For all new acquisitions on Starter Pack SP – 49, the following benefits will be available:
- For every paid outgoing minutes (All Local/STD/ISD calls) made between 6am to 6 pm, the same amount of Night Local On-net minutes will be available at free of cost to the subscriber which can be used between 11pm to 6am.
- All GPRS usage between 6am to 6pm is accumulated in the subscriber account and similar quantum for browsing is available between11 pm to 6am.
- Offer period :- The special offer will be available on all new and existing subscribers activation of SP49 taking place from 22nd July’09 to 17th Oct’09
- Existing subscribers can utilize this facility by re-charging with a special recharge of ERC 24.
- On recharging with ERC24 subscriber will get zero talktime and benefit validity of 30 days
- The special Boomerang Benefits on FREE talktime and GPRS will be activated within 24-48 hrs of the new SP-49 starter pack activation/RC24 recharge
- For all new activation of SP-49 the offer benefit will be applicable for a period of 90 days from the benefit activation date
- For the existing subscribers recharging with RC24, the offer benefit will applicable for a period of 30 days only
- Accumulation of mins/GPRS during 6am to 6pm and corresponding offering of free mins/GPRS benefit from 11pm to 6am will be applicable only on calls made within the circle (Chennai & RoTN) and not applicable while in roaming
- After every 7 days from the date of the activation of the special benefit, the free benefits (talktime/GPRS) which is unutilized and accumulated in the subscribers account will we forfeited and new counter will start from 8th day onwards. i.e. Accumulation of benefit to be reset once in every 7 days (23:59 hrs of the 7th day)
- As the accumulator will get reset by 23:59hrs on every 7th day, the subscriber will be able to enjoy the free accumulated on-net calling benefit/GPRS benefit only for 59 mins i.e. 11:00 pm -11:59 pm on the 7th day
- Once the On-Net free minutes accumulated is exhausted, calls will be charged as per the base tariff of the subscribers
- Flexi packs like RC49, RC97, RC25, RC14, RC98 and other special flexi recharges having free calling benefit/free GPRS benefit shall not be accounted for accumulation of free mins/GPRS.
E.g. For as subscriber having recharged with FLEXI RC49 (FREE 49 STD minutes) .The subscribers will be able to accumulate all other Local/ISD calls other than the 49 STD minutes which is available on Flexi RC49. The STD mins will be taken into account only after the exhaustion of 49 free STD mins/validity (whichever happens first) available in flexi RC49..
- Add-on calls (Club-5) , Special Add-on calls (AV Pack ) , 20ps Add-on calls , Maxis Add-on etc will not be taken into account for the accumulation of free minutes
- BTS wise charging and Call forwarding service benefits will not be accounted for the accumulation of free minutes
- Calls to customer care number will also not be considered for accumulation of free mins
- Existing Handset Bundled Offer subscribers (Nokia HBO & Digibee HBO),Dealer packs and Demo Packs, Genie Packs will not be able to avail this special recharge (RC24)
- Existing Neeyum Naanum subscribers recharging with special recharges like RC12, RC143, RC245, RC51 & RC399 and enjoying free mins benefit to the other JODI number will not be considered for accumulation of free mins (Other paid usage mins as in the case of a subscriber enjoying FLEXI recharge benefit will be considered for accumulation)
- Subscriber can check their total number of free accumulated mins/free GPRS usage left on their account as given below
